I have a mailbox I have to pay for every three months , when I first purchased the box the manager gave me a corporate box at the personal mailbox rate due to her selling the box she had promised me which is cool saves me nearly 40 bucks each time , however I think I have only been able to make my payment 3 times at most with no hassle. For instance I called to make my payment this past Friday when it was due, the guy that answered had a problem with me wanting to make my normal payment ,which by the way he could see all payments on my card - basically refusing to take the payment saying he couldn't. I asked to speak to the manager and of course she was off which I figured would be the case being it was new years eve. I asked him to please note my account that I would call on Monday that I tried to make payment and since he couldn't take it I didn't want to incur a late fee. I call today first chick answers I told her I needed to speak to manager about my box rent since there was an issue with it , she says well shes busy I can take it so I give her info, she puts me on hold I hear her asking everyone where my card is , she comes back on phone says ok what do you want to do I'm like I want to make my payment then she says oh, I can't do that hold on - I wait , then another chick comes on full of tude starting out with well the manager made a mistake which is why you are charged the lesser fee. I said yes I'm aware of this she goes on blah blah blah, I hear the first chick, the manager, & other voices in background so they are apparently busy. I ask her can she take payment or do I need to hold on or call back for manager - she says I will take it whats your credit card number , I begin giving it to her and she announces each set of numbers loudly back to me , I ask her can you please not blare out my credit cards to the entire store - she then LIES and says shes alone I state well funny how I can hear people in background and shes like we are busy - I tell her I will finish giving them to her if she can refrain from repeating them .. she of course has even more attitude with me then and is talking to someone else while taking the number so I of course have to repeat it back to her three times , grrr so glad to have payment made wonder how much hassle it will be three months from now when it's due again ??
